Revolut eyes Turkey expansion via FUPS deal

Fintech giant Revolut is reportedly in talks to acquire Turkey's digital bank, FUPS, as it seeks to enter a market projected to grow to $267.3 million by 2034.

Revolut, valued at $75 billion as of late 2025, has been aggressively securing licenses globally. An acquisition of FUPS would allow Revolut to bypass the lengthy licensing process and gain an established compliance framework with over 120 million active digital banking customers in Turkey.
